We ask that you and your guests arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time to check in and have the waiver forms signed. Arriving early also insures you won’t be cutting into your allotted party time slot.
Yes, a staff member will be available to assist you with all of your party needs.
Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The remaining balance is due and payable on the day of your party. Reminder, no checks allowed. Accepted payments are cash, Visa, and MasterCard.
We understand that circumstances happen. Your party must be rescheduled at least 2 weeks prior to your original party date. If you must reschedule your party and it is within 2 weeks of the original party date, you will forfiet your party deposit of $50. You will then be required to pay a new party deposit for the new party date. A 2 week notice allows us time to book another party during that time slot.
Our parties start promptly at your scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we are unable to extend your party time. If your guests arrive late and you have started your party, we will escort your guests to your party.
Parties are for children 12 years old and younger.
Our party pricing is for groups of 8 or 16 children, with the option to add children for an additional $9.35 = tax per child. The room comfortably seats 24 people.
For a scheduled party you are allowed to bring in your own food and drinks. Let’s Play Bounce does not provide food or drinks. We do have drinks and small snacks that can be purchased at an additional cost. All food and drinks must stay in the designated party room. Please remember to bring a cake server, ice cream scoop, and a lighter for candles as we do not provide these items. We only provide cups, plates, and utencils.
No, alcohol is not allowed in our facility.
No, our party rooms are professionally decorated. We do not allow any items to be taped or attached to our walls. Additionally, no streamers, confetti, silly string, or piñatas are allowed to be used in our facility.
We provide cups, plates, napkins, utensils, party decorations, clean-up, and a party assistant. Please bring a cake server, ice cream scoop, or lighter for candles if you need them.
Each party is given access to the party room for an hour and a half. After the party is over children may remain in the facility to continue playing. We only ask that you clear out of the party room in order for us to prepare it for the next scheduled party.
We offer the option to have a completely private party. For an additional $75 you can rent the entire facility. This service is available on Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Yes, the parents/guardians of the children are required to stay.
